High rocking atmosphere in Hemsedal
Thousands of skiers got the rocking mood when WIG WAM fired loose in Hemsedal today. With Paperboys on sick leave WIG WAM got extra time on stage, and they used the opportunity to give the audience one of their famous stage acts.
March 27, 2010 - It was a nice weather for an outdoor concert and as usual WIG WAM opened with the title track from their latest album. The rockers continued with their latest single DO YA WANT TO TASTE IT. Just 200 meters from Skistua, the venue where the band have done several after-ski gigs, WIG WAM also gave the audience their AC/DC medley (Highway To Hell / Back In Black) where Flash and Teeny play each other’s instruments back to back whilst spinning around. The last song "In My Dreams” got the skiers into loudly singing along.This year’s Vinterlyd tour is approaching its end with the final shows at Hafjell on Holy Thursday and Good Friday.
