Hard To Be A Rock'n Roller... In Kiev! – Sleaze-Metal [ch]
The Best Song In The World“. Egal ob Kracher wie „In My Dreams“ und „Hard To Be A Rock´N Roller“, Balladen „Out Of Time“ und „Tell Me Where To Go“ oder dem Coversong von Melanie C „I Turn To You“ sind gute Stücke, die gut komponiert und arrangiert wurden. To Be A Rock´N Roller“.

Englisch: Wig Wam say you something if you saw the Grand Prix Eurovision 2005. This scandinavien based Band from Norway represented their land with a glamorous appearance which has many left a lasting impression and even still optain the eighth place. Of course what was quite astonishing since it has not made any hard rock band into the grand Prix till now. The complete Sound is provided well as a kind of Glam, Metal and Hardrock to describe it, however with some certain pop restrictions. As in the 80s! Okay it´s quite nice if you think that they named themselves Glam (vocals), Tenny (guitar), Flash (bass) and Sporty (drums). They spread good mood with their music which already bands made like Kiss years before. It seems only a little affected to me. Unfortunately the whole has partly an effect on me as a kind of fun or would-be rocker. What is not meant at the same time probably so seriously either from the band after that to verdicts from the appearance of the band and the title and text of " The Best song in the World ". That the musicians know their work and can handle their instruments shows on the song „Erection“ a kind of tribute to Van Halens „Erection“ and either on instrumentalsong „The Drop“. It doesn´t matter if they play bangers as „In My Dreams“ and „Hard To Be A Rock´N Roller“, ballads as „Out Of Time“ and „Tell Me Where To Go“ ort he coversong from Melanie C „I Turn To you“ are great peaces which are good composed and arranged. As a bonus the copy submitted to me still contains the entertaining video „Hard To Be A Rock´N Roller. The video was, to draw one's attention and much humour produced in the way. Well, only the song comes to his aim with me. A bad taste just simply cannot be whisked away, also half-naked groupies then do not do this away!!! The production could be even more fatter, but to me leaves all this a little cold. The album nevertheless is a recommendable CD to friends of Hardrock and Pose Rock of the 80s with humour.
