*WIG WAM releases their debut album in Japan, with lots of elements 80's HR* WIG WAM sells many import copies of HTBARR (2005) in Japan as well, and they will release "WIG WAMANIA" as their debut album in Japan. They released "667..." in 2004 (HTBARR is a re-release album of this). Last year they won at EUROVISION SONG CONTEST for "In My Dreams" [Miho: they misunderstand MGP as ESC]. And "In My Dreams" became #1 in Norwegian single chart, in Norway not only kids but also old people know the band. Their glamorous look is almost a joke, but their skill of playing is very terrific, their songs have a lot of elements of 80's catchy HR which Japanese fans really love. The latest album "WIG WAMANIA" is already out in Norway. It was placed at #10 in Norwegian chart. The Japanese release of the album will be out on the 26th of July.
